Thailand-specific requirements to plan for

Projects for businesses in Bangkok have to work for local customers and local rules. These points are planned from the first milestone:

  • Google is the main search engine in Thailand; plan content in Thai and English and consider a .th / .co.th domain where it helps.
  • Interface and content languages: Thai and English.
  • Channels that matter most in Thailand: LINE, Facebook, TikTok and Instagram.

  • Site size (page count)
  • Severity of legacy technical debt
  • International vs single-market scope
