Freelance WordPress Developer in Kazakhstan

Freelance WordPress developer for Kazakhstan: fast, secure WordPress sites and fixes. Planned for Kazakhstan's data-localisation rules and local payments.

Overview

WordPress builds, redesigns and speed or security fixes — custom themes or block-based designs, WooCommerce, and clean plugin stacks that stay maintainable. Projects for Kazakhstan run remotely, with a daily call window agreed for your city's time zone. Scope, milestones and ownership are agreed in writing before work starts.

Kazakhstan-specific requirements to plan for

Projects for businesses in Kazakhstan have to work for local customers and local rules. These points are planned from the first milestone:

Law on Personal Data and Their Protection (2013): Personal data of Kazakh citizens generally has to be stored on servers located in Kazakhstan — hosting choice matters.
Bilingual Kazakh/Russian interfaces are expected; Kazakh is moving from Cyrillic to Latin script.
Payment methods customers in Kazakhstan expect: Kaspi Pay, Halyk, Freedom Pay and bank card gateways.
